Get strong and fit now! We will begin each class with a half hour of yoga postures to warm up your joints and muscles. Then we will move on to weights and fast calorie burning cardio work. We will work hard on this second part of our session! Oh, then we will switch gears and end the session with deep stretching asanas and shavasana. This class is excellent for calorie burning, reducing body fat, and building strong bones and strong muscles!!

Please consider keeping your video on during the session so that I can see your form, especially while doing the weights. Of course, it is entirely up to you as to whether you want the video on or off (for your privacy).

Please have the following equipment:
  • your yoga mat 
  • a pair of 10-pound weights
  • a pair of 8-pound weights
  • a pair of 5-pound weighs
  • a pair of 3-pound weights Be sure to have these lower weights if you are rather new to using weights. If you are coming to this session already very strong, you may not need the 3-pound weights. 
Class is excellent for all levels of fitness. Those who are new to weights can start with lower weights.  You will see your body firm up and your bones will grow strong fairly quickly!

You may pay a drop in fee or use your 10-class pass.
