(Online) This nourishing class is perfect for those with minor injuries. It is for anyone of all ages looking for serenity and rejuvenation of body and mind. You will benefit from the healing aspects of yoga in this gently paced, hatha yoga class.  You will stay in a pose long enough to savor a stretch and gain in flexibility. Your body will have a chance to naturally rid itself of toxins. Your muscles will also get toned and become stronger. Gentle yoga equally strengthens and stretches the muscles.   Please have your yoga mat, two blocks, one strap, a blanket, and a bolster nearby. Bolster is an optional prop.
