Yes, a yoga oasis awaits you!  Restorative Yoga facilitates deep rest by slowing down movement. Deeply relax your mind and activate your parasympathetic nervous system. Your Relax and Renew response will be turned on. Restorative poses are often assisted with bolsters or other props. Sometimes the wall is also used for Legs Up The Wall Pose (Viparita Karani). The Restorative Yoga practice is designed to be very subtle. You will feel very supported in all your poses. This class is perfect for people who experience or carry a lot of stress, anxiety, fatigue, back pain, sleep issues, and / or soreness. It is also wonderful for those undergoing medical treatment, and for those recovering from illness or injury.  

Your Restorative Experience Includes: Relaxing music, gentle hands on adjustments by Fran, guided visualizations, chakra clearing, and poetry. 

Come to class dressed warmly in the cold and cooler months. The studio provides blankets, bolsters, and all props needed for this deeply restorative practice. PLEASE BRING YOUR YOGA MAT to class.
