This nourishing class is perfect for those wanting to move at a more relaxed pace and for those with minor injuries. If you are looking for serenity and rejuvenation of body and mind, this is the class for you! You will benefit from the healing aspects of yoga in this gently paced, hatha yoga class.  You will stay in a pose long enough to savor a stretch and gain in flexibility. Your body will have a chance to naturally rid itself of toxins. Your muscles will also get toned and become stronger. Gentle yoga equally strengthens and stretches the muscles. We will work on balance. You will leave class clear of mind and refreshed.  Please bring your yoga mat to class. This class pairs well with the Thursday 7-8am Yin Class.
