Why not start off our holiday with Yoga in the Park? Most of us will be enjoying picnics, gatherings, and fireworks in the afternoon and evening so I am holding a MORNING Yoga in the Park at our usual spot, near the Bathhouse Theater. I will go early and set up near "Toni's Tree", the magical cherry tree that captivates my imagination.
Bring your mat, a towel, water, sunscreen. Shade and Sun for all!
