A creative All Levels Hatha Yoga ONLINE class for you! Stretch and Tone your body, mind, and spirit. Every class includes forward bending, arching, side bending, twists, balance poses, breath work, and a five minute shavasana. Postures will be modified for those who need to take it easy and intensified for those who need more challenge. You will be sent a new Zoom link every week!
