This session offers a deep stretch Yin approach to yoga. Perfect for any level of yoga practice. The focus is on flexibility and relaxation! Target your deep connective tissues between muscles with a variety of stretches which will help improve flexibility, circulation, and sleep! See the list of benefits of Yin Yoga below. Please bring your yoga mat to class.

Arrival and Entering Class:
Enter from the main building door, which is on Woodlawn. Please note that the main doors to the building unlock automatically at 6:45am. Studio is the first door on your left (suite 100) after you enter the building. Shoe bench and coat rack are near entry door. Do your best to arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class so you can set up your mat and zen out. This class is also live stream, but Fran has arranged it so that in-studio class participants are not on camera. See you soon!
