The focus is on flexibility and relaxation! Target those deep connective tissues between muscles with a variety of stretches which will help improve flexibility, circulation, and sleep! See the list of benefits of Yin Yoga below. Please have your yoga mat, blanket, two blocks, one strap, and a bolster nearby. Bolster is an optional prop.
