This is a strong (and fun!) class that refines basic asanas, introduces deeper poses, and builds confidence and endurance in your yoga practice. Elements of strength and stretch are a part of these all -levels Hatha sessions. Elements of deeper arches and inversion skill building are visited in each session. This is a great companion class to Wednesday's All Levels Hatha, also held at 5:45pm, In-Studio. Please bring your yoga mat with you to class.
