Get strong and fit now! We will begin each class with 30 minutes of yoga postures to warm up the joints and muscles. Then we will move on to weights and fast calorie burning cardio work for the next 30 minutes. We will work hard on this second part of our session! Oh, then we will switch gears and end the session with deep stretching asanas and shavasana. 
Class is excellent for all levels of fitness. Those who are new to weights can start with lower weights.  You will see your body firm up and your bones will grow strong!
This session is great for calorie burning, reducing body fat, building strong lean muscles, and building strong bone density!  
Fran will supply 10, 8, and 5 pound weights, If you feel you need to work with lighter weights, please do bring a pair of 3 pound weights with you to class.  Hand towel provided. PLEASE bring your YOGA MAT to class.

You may do a drop in or use your 10-class pass.
