Get strong and fit now! We will begin each class with 30 minutes of yoga postures to stretch muscles and warm up joints and muscles. Then we focus on strengthening for 30 minutes. We will work hard on this second part of our session!  Oh, then we will switch gears and end the last 15 minutes of your session with legs up the wall or shavasana. 
Class is excellent for all levels of fitness.  Your body will firm up and your bones will grow strong!
This class is great for calorie burning, reducing body fat, building strong lean muscles, and building strong bone density!  
PLEASE bring your YOGA MAT to class.
Drop in pass or 10-class pass applicable to this class.
