A fun workshop coming your way for Valentine's Day!  One fee covers TWO people, so grab your spouse, your partner, your bestie, your sister, brother, your friend or family member, and have some fun stretching and exploring postures together.  

Fran will be pairing up with Jessie Jo Egersett, fellow yoga instructor and massage therapist.  We will guide you into some creative ways to experience poses.

In-studio workshop limited to 3 lucky two-somes (6 participants). The class will also be online. The camera is set up so that the only Fran and Jessie Jo will be on camera.  

Let's explore poses of every category!  In-Studio yogis will receive a sweet little something from Costa Rica!
