$150 for the Full Day Day
Includes:
9:00am-Noon Hatha Yoga (a themed class presented like a workshop)
Noon-1pm Lunch at Retreat (6900 E Green Lake Way, walking distance from the studio). We will pre-order lunch.
1pm-2pm Walk Green Lake, weather permitting. We will take some yoga photos near Fran’s favorite trees and on the docks.
2:15pm-3:30pm Yin Yoga (deep stretch)
3:30pm-5pm Restorative Yoga with Props / Visualizations
