Celebrate the first day of Autumn with me!
Another POP UP! It's looking like the weather will hold out for us on Sunday, September 22. A POP UP outdoor class for you on Sunday, September 22, 2024 from 10-11am. Why not? I have no other plans that day and it's the Autumn Equinox! First day of Autumn. I hope you can make it. Right now, it's looking like fair weather.
Weather should be good enough, so bring socks and a jacket, maybe a blanket for shavasana since we lose body heat in shavasana.
Please note:
- I will continue to set up Pop Ups on weekends in September and October, weather and schedule permitting!
Bring a yoga mat and water. Grass might be damp so you might want to place a towel under your yoga mat or use a dedicated outdoor yoga mat (one of your old mats will do the trick). Some bring blocks and a strap.

You may pay for this class here online using your 10-class pass OR by purchasing a drop in ($20). If you purchase a drop-in $20 pass, don't forget to apply the pass to your class!
