Yay, a Pop Up Yoga in the Park is taking place from 10-11am on Saturday, August 2. I hope you can join me!
Bring your yoga mat, water, and sunscreen (there is plenty of shade, too).
Some like to place a towel under yoga mat or use a dedicated outdoor yoga mat (one of your old mats will do the trick). Bring blocks and a strap if you feel like you might need them.
Regular weekly Yoga in the Park takes place on Tuesdays from 6-7pm all summer!

You may pay for this class here online using your 10-class pass OR by purchasing a drop in ($20).
However, reservations are not required so you may just show up and pay at the park using one of the following payment options:
