The yoga practice will consist of stretching in order to relax and keep tension at bay, breathing to stay centered and calm, and warrior poses to remind ourselves how incredibly strong of body, mind, and spirit we all are! If you are planning to attend the Hands Off! Protest after class, you will be fully prepared, as peaceful, proactive, and engaged Americans.
Hatha Class Level: Appropriate for everyone (beginners and seasoned yogis)
