This class is taking place EARLY -(Seattle local time is 7am PDT) - so that those living in different time zones can easily attend class and still have time to attend a march.
The yoga practice will consist of stretching in order to relax and keep tension at bay, breathing to stay centered and calm, and warrior poses to remind ourselves how incredibly strong of body, mind, and spirit we all are! If you are planning to attend the No Kings March after class, you will be fully prepared, as peaceful, proactive, and engaged Americans.
Hatha Class Level: Appropriate for everyone (beginners and seasoned yogis)
