Whenever I ask for asana requests in class, inevitably requests for twists come up. Twists coming your way! Why do we love twists? They cleanse and tone the internal organs. Twists also stimulate the function of the internal organs, as well as soothe and calm the nervous system. Doing twists leaves us relaxed, refreshed, renewed. Doing twists leaves us with a more elastic and youthful spine! During this workshop, there will plenty of time to stretch out and lengthen between twists. This workshop is multi-levels. All are welcome.
What you will need for your Zoom Livestream Workshop: Yoga mat, two blocks, strap. Bolster not required, but nice to have for shavasana.
