Amazing what you can do with a chair (core strength, deep stretching, inversions, arching, twists, use it as a balancing prop, and so much more). 
All you will need is your yoga mat, a sturdy chair, two blocks, a strap, and space at a wall (the wall is nice to have so your chair doesn’t move in some of the inverted poses). A multi-level practice.  If you would like to do a backbend using chair as prop, I suggest you have two chairs (one extra chair nearby for the full backbend (I will show you how to use two chairs).
