Release your neck and shoulder tension with the Back Mitra. The Back Mitra is a simple foam used to support and stretch your back, shoulders, and neck. With easy to perform exercises and a 10-15 minute daily practice, you will see results within a few weeks. Participants will receive a video recording of this session.
