Nada Yoga is the practice of using sound—both external (Ahata Nada) and internal (Anahata Nada)—to quiet the mind and awaken consciousness. Nada Yoga is described in ancient texts as a powerful path toward self-realization.
I hope you'll consider joining me for this workshop. Together we will om, learn about and chant various mantras, and you will learn the exquisite Shanti Mantra.
For the Bija sounds portion of class, (the "seed" sounds of the chakras), we will experience one yoga pose per sound, so you will want to bring your yoga mat with you to class.
You will go home with a handout so you can continue your Nada Yoga practice at home.
