Don't miss Fran's Yule Yin Workshop! This 2-hour workshop accommodates multi-level yogis for a deep stretch Yin approach to yoga. Perfect for any level of yoga practice and perfect for the shortest days of the year. The focus is on flexibility and relaxation! Target the deep connective tissues between muscles with a variety of stretches which will help improve flexibility, circulation, and sleep! See the list of benefits of Yin Yoga below. 

For this workshop, you will need the following props:
  • yoga mat
  • blanket
  • strap
  • two blocks
  • bolster (not required, but nice to have)
