A 26-Day January Challenge for 2026!

Challenge yourself by taking part in this healthy start to the New Year! Join Fran for this 26-day Zoom Livestream Hatha Yoga Practice! This is a great way to establish a wholesome and rewarding habit. Read on below for details.
You may decide not to commit to the whole 26-day challenge and, instead, sign up for individual classes using your class pass to pay for classes.
Classes
- Your Hatha Yoga classes will take place every day in January, starting on Saturday, January 3. Every Thursday and Sunday will be Yin Yoga days for the Gentle Yoga.
- Signing up for the All Levels Hatha 26-Day Yoga Challenge Series at 8:30am, but can't make it at that time? If, on some mornings, you are unable to attend the 8:30am class, you may join another Zoom livestream class I offer on that day (like the earlier 7am class). However, in this case, in order to receive a Zoom link for the earlier class, you'll have to register for that class. You can sign up last minute with Zoom by going to the class schedule. If you can't find your zoom link in your email inbox: Class links are also always available in your PunchPass account under the upcoming reservations section, under My Reservations.
- In the above case (registered for the 8:30am class, but want to take the 7am class on a given day, Fran will make sure you are not charged twice for attending a livestream class outside of your chosen series. No need to cancel any individual series reservations even if you sign up for a second Zoom class that you want to attend in lieu of the 8:30am class.
- If you cannot attend your 8:30am class, you may also do the recorded version of the class later. All who register for the 26-day challenge will have access to the recorded sessions in the media library.
- You will continue to have access to the recordings until February 8.
Payment:
You will purchase a ticket ($250), which will cover all 26 days of our January 2026 Yoga Challenge and which will give you access to the recorded sessions until February 8.
