Don't miss Fran's Yin Yoga classes! This session accommodates All Levels for a deep stretch Yin approach to yoga. Perfect for any level of yoga practice because you can modify every pose we do. You can also go deeper in the pose if you are able to do so. One may wonder how is this class different from Wednesday evening's Gentle Yin! This class will introduce more variations for each pose. If you prefer to work at the Gentle Yin level, you can still do this class and do modifications.  
The focus is on flexibility and relaxation! Target those deep connective tissues between muscles with a variety of stretches which will help improve flexibility, circulation, and sleep! See the list of benefits of Yin Yoga below. Please bring your yoga mat to class.
