We are showing up together AGAIN on Saturday, March 28!!
March 28 will be the largest nonviolent protest in US history. Please join me for this FREE Pop Up Zoom livestream yoga class. As we Bend, Balance, and Breathe, this one-hour class will prepare us for the Non-Violent Protest Engagement taking place all across the US on Saturday, March 28. After you register, your Zoom livestream link will be sent to your inbox.
NOTE: If you are unable to attend at 7am PDT livestream time, you may register anyways and I will record our session and post it on my Content Library. Recording will be accessible a half hour after class ends. See notes below on how to access my Content Library to do the recorded session.
This class is taking place EARLY -(Seattle local class start time is 7am PDT) - so that those living in different time zones can easily attend class and still have time to attend a march / rally in their area.
The yoga practice will consist of stretching in order to relax and keep tension at bay, breathing to stay centered and calm, and warrior poses to remind ourselves how incredibly strong of body, mind, and spirit we all are! If you are planning to attend the No Kings March after class, you will be fully prepared, as peaceful, proactive, and engaged Americans. Hatha Class Level: Appropriate for everyone (beginners and seasoned yogis)
NOTE: I was hoping to hold an in-person class at Seattle's Town Hall, but they said they cannot schedule us in. I am very sad about that, but at least we can do yoga together livestream in the morning.

How to Access the Content Library (aka Fran on Demand) Recording will be posted 30 minutes after class ends. Soon, Fran will offer several options to purchase a membership which gives you access to the Content Library, where you will find many recorded videos of yoga classes by Fran!

Log into your account - Go to my Punchpass page
https://yogabyfrangallo.punchpass.com and click "Sign In" (or "Create an Account" if you don't have one yet)

Find the Content Library tab - Look for "Content Library" at the top of the page after logging in

Click on Content Library - This will show you all the videos and files you have access to
•
Browse your content - Videos in each collection are displayed by date, with the most recent appearing first
Note: You'll only see content if you have an active pass/membership that grants access to collections, or if you've attended classes with recorded content.
