ONLINE. Don't be fooled by the word "CHAIR". Amazing what you can do with a chair (core strength, deep stretching, balance poses, inversions, arching, twists, use it as a balancing prop, and so much more). For practicing from home, all you will need is your yoga mat, a sturdy chair, two blocks, one strap, and space at a wall (the wall is nice to have so your chair doesn’t move in some of the inverted poses). This session is multi-level. Class is great for those who need many modifications and for those who can move more deeply! You will see how a chair can be used to aid you in a pose or help you to go deeper.
