Get strong and fit now! We will begin each class with 30 minutes of yoga postures to warm up the joints and muscles. Then we will move on to weights and fast calorie burning cardio work for the next 30 minutes. We will work hard on this second part of our session! Oh, then we will switch gears and end the session with deep stretching asanas, relaxation, and shavasana.
Class is excellent for all levels of fitness. Those who are new to weights can start with lower weights. Your body will firm up and your bones will grow strong!
This session is great for calorie burning, reducing body fat, building strong lean muscles, and building strong bone density!
Fran will supply 10, 8, and 5 pound weights, If you feel you need to work with lighter weights, please do bring a pair of 3 pound weights with you to class. Hand towel provided. PLEASE bring your YOGA MAT to class.
You will purchase a series pass to cover all 8 classes, applicable for this specific series only during the month of October 2022. Classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30pm-1:45pm.
PLEASE NOTE: Class will take place every Tuesday and Thursday this month.
After purchasing your series pass ($128), you will only have to book online ONCE (through your online schedule) & will be registered for ALL classes in the series!!
What if you have to miss an in-studio class?
Fran will also set up a private Zoom link for Tuesdays and Thursdays and send that link to REGISTERED SERIES PARTICIPANTS so that you may take livestream classes online if you are unable to leave home or if you are away on vacation or out of town. We will use the same Zoom link every Tuesday and Thursday.

You will also have the option of taking the Wednesday Get Fit online sessions if unable to attend in person on Tuesday and Thursday. The Wednesday livestream takes place weekly from 11:30am-12:45pm (Seattle local times indicated). The Wednesday Zoom links change weekly, so you will have to notify Fran via text or email to ask for the link for a given week.
