spots leftOne fee covers SEVEN sessions. Each week we will explore one of the seven Chakras or Energy Centers. We will practice doing postures / asanas associated with each chakra.
Classes are a combination of Asana (Postures), lecture, meditation, breath work, visualizations.
This session is appropriate for multi-levels. Below is a list of the dates and the subject matter we will cover that day. If you are unable to attend a workshop in the series, I can send you a recording. The recording will be available for one week for your practice. Please note that there is no class on Saturday, November 8.
